8th grade ELA teacher Amy Roop stated, “The 8th grade Summer reading projects are in and they are fantastic! Each up coming 8th graders chose a summer reading book from a provided list. After reading the book, they created a project reflecting a chosen scene from the book and explained how that scene was significant to the story. This is one of my favorite projects of the year! They complain, but I think they secretly enjoy it! “
