APRIL IS THE MONTH OF THE MILITARY CHILD

Seashore Charter Schools honors their military families.

Help us celebrate our Seashore Charter Schools military-connected students!  These military kids are proud, strong, brave, global and more. Their lives have a lot of transition and often tremendous sacrifices. For some, the challenges involve a parent deployed into combat or a parent returning from combat.  For many others, the challenges are tied to the frequent transition, i.e. permanent changes of station or temporary duty assignments that require another move for the family.  Throughout April, we are planning activities for these students and our entire student body.

On Friday, April 14th, Seashore Middle Academy will PURPLEUP.  Staff and students are planning to wear purple in honor of our military families.

On the morning of Friday, April 21st, Seashore Learning Center plans on taking a school-wide group picture first thing in the morning. We are asking for all students who would like to be included in the group picture to wear a purple t-shirt that day.
