The Purple Heart Proclamation dedication serves as a reminder of the physical and emotional wounds endured by our Purple Heart veterans and military personnel. It is a testament to their courage, dedication and unwavering commitment to protecting our nation and its values. It a war to outwardly honor and support these brave men and women.
